经过近些年国家在交通设施方面的大力发展，北上广深等大城市骨干路网越来越完善。经过多年运营后，或者由于工程本身质量问题、或者由于区域规划调整、或者由于功能不能满足日益增长的交通需求等原因，很多道路都有了更新改造的迫切需要，因此道路更新改造项目越来越多。道路更新改造项目由于自身的特点，造价与新建项目有很大不同。为了提高道路更新改造项目造价编制质量，更好地优化和控制该类项目投资，提高资金的使用效率，以上海市几个道路更新改造项目为背景，分析了道路更新改造项目造价特点，并给出了道路更新改造项目造价编制建议。

Abstract:

After the vigorous development of national transportation facilities in recent years, the backbone road networks in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen are becoming more and more perfect. After years of operation, or due to the quality of the project itself, or due to the adjustment of regional planning, or due to the function not able to meet the growing traffic demand and other reasons, many roads are in urgent need of renewal and reconstruction. Therefore, there are more and more road renewal and reconstruction projects. Due to its own characteristics, the cost of road renewal and reconstruction projects is also very different from that of new projects. In order to improve the quality of cost preparation of road renewal and reconstruction projects, the investment of such projects should be optimized and controlled better to enhance the use efficiency of the funds. Taking several renewal and reconstruction projects in Shanghai as the background, the cost characteristics of road renewal and reconstruction projects are analyzed, and some suggestions for the cost preparation of road renewal and reconstruction projects are given.
