    杭州三堡景观步行桥位于两大世界级水体——钱塘江北岸与京杭运河的交汇处,桥梁采用Z形三跨连续系杆拱桥,主桥西拱跨145 m、中拱跨79.6 m、东拱跨156 m,最大矢高47.8 m。主桥结构空间异型,受力和拉索体系非常复杂,施工难度极大,通过对桥梁结构的设计特点和钢结构制造工艺、测量放样、临时支架搭设与拆除、钢箱梁和拱肋吊装、体系转换等关键施工技术进行分析阐述,以期为同类异型钢结构桥梁施工提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Hangzhou Sanbao Landscape Footbridge is located at the confluence of two world-class water bodies - the north bank of the Qiantang River and the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal. The bridge is a Z-shaped three-span continuous bowstring arch bridge. The west arch span of the bridge is 145 m, the middle arch span is 79.6 m and the east arch span is 156 m. The maximum vector height is 47.8 m. The main bridge structure is spatial-shaped, and the force and cable system is very complicated. The construction difficulty is great. The design characteristics of bridge structure, and the key construction technologies in the manufacturing process of steel structure, the measurement and lofting, the erection and dismantling of temporary support, the hoisting of steel box girder and arch rib, and the system conversion are analyzed and set forth in order to provide the reference for the construction of similar special-shaped steel structure bridges.
