    展示3D打印技术在苏州河堤防达标改造工程中的创新应用。通过三维建模创建预制箱型砌块和生态框的精确模型,选用适合的材料,利用先进的3D打印机进行打印,并进行严格的质量检测。结果表明:该技术提高了工程质量,预制构件连接紧密,增强了堤防稳定性和安全性;提升了工程效率,满足进度要求,缩短施工周期;增强了景观效果,造型多变使堤防与自然环境更融合;降低了成本,减少了模板用量,降低人工成本。此外,3D打印技术还具有制作灵活、低碳环保等优势。该技术在苏州河堤防达标改造工程中取得了显著成效,具有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    The aim is to demonstrate the innovative application of 3D printing technology in the standardization and reconstruction project of the Suzhou Creek levee. In terms of methods, the precise models of prefabricated box-shaped building blocks and ecological frames are created through three-dimensional modeling. The suitable materials are selected. The advanced 3D printer is used for printing. And the strict quality inspection is carried out. The results show that this technology improves the quality of the project. The closely connected prefabricated components can enhance the stability and safety of the levee. The efficiency of the project is promoted. The schedule requirements are met. The construction period is shortened. The landscape effect is enhanced. The varied shapes make the levee more integrated with the natural environment. The cost is reduced. The templates and labor costs are decreased. In addition, 3D printing technology also has the advantages of flexible manufacturing, low carbon and environmental protection. This technology has achieved the remarkable results in the standardization and reconstruction project of the Suzhou Creek levee and has the broad application prospects.
