Design and Practice of Prefabricated Assembled Piers with Modelling Features for Urban Elevated Bridges

摘要:

基础设施建设向高质量发展阶段转变，对城市高架桥梁景观提出了更高的要求。分析了影响高架桥梁预制装配式桥墩品质的主要因素，以淄博市一环快速路预制拼装桥墩项目为依托，介绍了高架桥墩的主要结构型式、构造设计情况，通过优化盖梁造型、设置隐藏式挡块，结合半隐藏式排水管布置，提升了桥梁整体景观。相关实践经验可供类似城市高架桥梁建设参考。

Abstract:

As the infrastructure development transitions to a stage of high-quality development, the higher requirements are proposed for the landscape of elevated bridges. The main factors of influencing the quality of prefabricated assembled piers of elevated bridges are analyzed. Relying on the prefabricated assembled pier project of Zibo Ring I Expressway, the main structural forms and construction design of elevated bridge piers are introduced. By optimizing the design of bent cap, setting up the hidden stop dogs, and combined with the layout of semi-hidden drainage pipe, the overall landscape of the bridge can be upgraded. The related practical experience can be referred for the construction of similar urban elevated bridges.
