    摘要:

    装配式简支钢-混组合梁利用混凝土桥面板的良好抗压性能及钢梁的优良抗拉、抗剪性能,经济跨径可做到60 m,主要用于跨越高速公路及城市干道,然而钢梁上翼缘局部刚度小导致钢梁整体吊装、桥面板混凝土施工过程中失稳风险大。以南昌市九洲高架东延工程为依托,通过加厚钢板、增加局部刚度来解决上翼缘钢板的局部稳定问题,进而实现钢梁的整体吊装,解决实际工程中特殊节点的施工难题。

    Abstract:

    Owing to the good compressive performance of concrete bridge decks and the excellent tensile and shear resistance of steel beams, the fabricated simple-supported steel-concrete composite beam with an economic span of up to 60 meters is mainly used to span the expressways and urban trunk roads. However, the local stiffness of the upper flange of the steel beam is low, which will lead to the high risk of instability in the integral hoisting of the steel beam and the concrete construction of the bridge decks. Relying on the Jiuzhou Elevated East Extension Project in Nanchang City, the local stability problem of the upper flange steel plate is solved by thickening the steel plate and increasing the local stiffness in order to realize the integral hoisting of the steel beam and solve the construction difficulties of special nodes in practical projects.
