    研究了国道G316线长乐漳港至营前段董奉山隧道的病害治理。针对隧道现有病害,采用地基加固、钢带加固和纤维布加固3种方法提升安全性能,并对加固效果进行比较。研究结果表明:(1)隧道安全系数空间分布表现为“拱脚>拱腰、仰拱>拱顶”,其中拱脚和仰拱安全系数提升显著,拱顶提升较小;(2)在裂缝病害治理中,3种加固方法均满足安全标准,但钢带加固和纤维布加固效果更佳,尤其是纤维布加固在拱顶处安全系数提升明显;(3)对于既有裂缝和保护层超厚的复合病害,单纯地基加固无法满足拱顶安全需求,需结合纤维布加固。加固后,拱顶安全系数提高至8.87,效果显著。

    Abstract:

    The disease control of Dongfengshan Tunnel in the section of Changle Zhanggang to Yingqian on the national highway G316 is studied. In view of the existing diseases of the tunnel, three methods of foundation reinforcement, steel belt reinforcement and fiber cloth reinforcement are adopted to improve the safety performance of the tunnel. The reinforcement effects are compared. The results show that the spatial distribution of tunnel safety factors presents the “arch foot > arch waist, and inverted arch > vault”, in which the safety factors of arch foot and inverted arch are significantly improved, while the improvement at the vault is smaller. In the crack disease treatment, three reinforcement methods all meet the safety standard. But the effects of steel strip reinforcement and fiber cloth reinforcement are better, especially the safety factor of fiber cloth reinforcement at the vault is obviously improved. And for the composite diseases of the existing cracks and super-thick protective layer, the simple foundation reinforcement can not meet the safety needs of vault, which must be reinforced with the fiber cloth. After reinforced, the safety factor of vault is improved to 8.87 with the obvious effect.
