    咸铜铁路电气化改造使其运输能力增长,却导致与其平交的朝阳一路运输效率降低,亟须对朝阳一路与咸铜铁路交叉口进行优化。采用调研、Trans CAD和四阶段推算得到改造前交叉口的交通量,预测通车15 a内交通量与服务水平;综合考虑工程量、交通组织等因素分析铁路平改立跨越方式、道路平断面型式、桥涵型式及投资。结果表明:朝阳一路单向交通量已达到544 pcu/h,2030年交通量增幅达33.3%,服务水平四级,故采用双向4车道;采用平改立框架桥下穿铁路、32.5 m宽双向4车道路方案、三孔连续框架桥涵,可解决建筑密集、空间狭小等问题,满足功能性齐全、红线宽度窄,投资额小的要求。研究成果可为同类城市道路与铁路交叉道口设计提供参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The electrification reconstruction of the Xiantong Railway makes the increase of transportation capacity, but leads to low transport efficiency of Chaoyang Road I intersected with the railway at grade. It is urgent to optimize the intersection of Chaoyang Road I and the Xiantong Railway. The traffic volume at the intersection before the reconstruction is obtained by the survey analysis, Trans CAD and four-stage calculation method to predict the traffic volume and service level within 15 a after its opening to traffic. Comprehensively considering the factors such as engineering quantity and traffic organization, the railway at-grade-to-grade-separation crossing method, road planar section form, bridge culvert forms and investment are analyzed. The results show that the one-way traffic volume of Chaoyang Road I has reached 544 pcu/h, the traffic volume of this road will increase by 33.3% in 2030, and the service level will be Level 4. Therefore, the two-way four-lane design is adopted. The scheme of at-grade-to-grade-separation frame bridge crossing railway, 32.5 m two-way four-lane road and three-span continuous frame bridge culvert is adopted able to solve the problems such as dense buildings and limited space, which can meet the requirements of complete functionality, narrow red line width and small investment. The research results can provide reference and inspiration for the design of similar urban road and railway intersections.
