Abstract:In recent years, with the climate change and the improvement of planning standards, there are the shortcomings of initial rainwater pollution control, flood control and waterlogging drainage in some drainage systems. The demand of upgrading and reconstructing the system is becoming more and more prominent. However, in the built urban areas, especially in the central dense urban areas, limited by the construction conditions, it is difficult to reconstruct the system by the traditional way of large-scale pipe network renewal. Aiming at the pain point of the industry, taking the Xinyan'andong Drainage System in Shanghai as an example, on the basis of studying and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the system, the pollution control, upgrading and reconstruction scheme with little construction impact and strong implementation are put forward. The research shows that through the construction of new central storage facilities and the renewal of some small pipes, the dual goals of initial rainwater pollution control and flood control upgrading of the system can be realized cleverly, which can provide the reference for the reconstruction of drainage system in other central dense urban areas.
