    摘要:

    顶管工程中,顶管工作井后背土体的稳定性是十分重要的控制指标。以矩形沉井顶管工作井为例,对比分析了顶力作用下不同土抗力分布模式后背土体稳定性计算方法,基于土抗力梯形分布模式,提出了一种新的沉井顶管工作井后背土体稳定性计算方法。通过计算分析,认为线形分布模式计算方法相对偏保守,对于深度较浅或土质较差的沉井,当顶力较大时,按照梯形分布模式计算沉井顶管工作井后背土体稳定性,在保证安全性的前提下,更具有经济性。以上结果可为类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In pipe jacking engineering, the stability of the soil behind the pipe jacking working shaft is a very important control index. Taking the rectangular open caisson pipe jacking working shaft as an example, the calculation methods for backward soil stability of different soil resistance distribution patterns under the jacking role are compared and analyzed. Based on the trapezoidal distribution pattern of soil resistance, a new method for calculating the stability of the backward soil of open caisson pipe jacking working shaft is proposed. Through the calculation and analysis, it is considered that the calculation method of linear distribution patterns is relatively conservative. For the shallow depth or poor soil quality of the open caisson, when the jacking force is high, the stability of backward soil of open caisson pipe jacking working shaft is calculated according to the trapezoidal distribution pattern, which is more economical under the premise of ensuring safety. The above results can provide reference for similar projects.
