    摘要:

    结合上海某地下污水处理厂工程,开展地下污水厂装配式结构建造技术研究,提出大空间双层结构核心节点预制的结构型式,并通过模型试验研究其受力性能。通过试验结果与理论计算比较,采用节点标准化预制、连接段现浇的装配整体式结构,满足结构受力和变形要求。该种预制结构型式提高了构件标准化程度,能够解决大荷载条件下节点钢筋密集,构件吊装困难的问题,适用于大荷载下的框架结构体系。

    Abstract:

    Based on a underground wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project in Shanghai, the construction technology of prefabricated structures for underground WWTO is studied. The prefabricated structure of the core joint of the double-layer structure with large space is proposed, and its mechanical properties are studied through model tests. By comparing the experimental results with theoretical calculations, the use of standardized prefabricated nodes and cast-in-place connection sections in the fabricated integrated structure meets the requirements of structural stress and deformation. This kind of prefabricated structural form can raise the degree of component standardization, which can solve the problems of densely reinforced joints and difficult component hoisting under the large load condition, and is suitable for the frame structural system under the large load, providing the beneficial reference for the similar projects.
