Abstract:Based on a underground wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project in Shanghai, the construction technology of prefabricated structures for underground WWTO is studied. The prefabricated structure of the core joint of the double-layer structure with large space is proposed, and its mechanical properties are studied through model tests. By comparing the experimental results with theoretical calculations, the use of standardized prefabricated nodes and cast-in-place connection sections in the fabricated integrated structure meets the requirements of structural stress and deformation. This kind of prefabricated structural form can raise the degree of component standardization, which can solve the problems of densely reinforced joints and difficult component hoisting under the large load condition, and is suitable for the frame structural system under the large load, providing the beneficial reference for the similar projects.
