    摘要:

    依托闵浦三桥工程,对大型河流中央水上作业平台进行了研究分析。充分考虑航道航运、河流宽度、周边环境和运输条件等影响,对水上施工平台建设规模、功能设计等进行了分析。重点介绍了水上平台功能区划分,泊位材料运输设计,电力和水源供应,混凝土拌站、塔吊、克令吊等重要设备布置和改造,以及平台安全防护。同时介绍平台的监测方法和监测结果。监测数据和平台功能应用情况表明平台在整个使用期间安全稳定,并且功能区划合理,充分满足了主墩、主塔的施工需求。

    Abstract:

    Relying on the Minpu Bridge III Project, the central water operation platform of large rivers is studied and analyzed. By fully considering the impacts of waterway navigation, river width, surrounding environment and transportation conditions, the construction scale and functional design of the over-water construction platform are analyzed. The division of functional areas, berth material transportation design, power and water supply, concrete mixing station, tower crane, cranes and other important equipment layout and reconstruction as well as the safe protection of platform are specially introduced. At the same time, the monitoring methods and results of the platform are introduced. The monitoring data and the application of platform functions indicate that the platform is safe and stable in the whole service period, and the functional zoning is reasonable to fully meet the construction needs of the main pier and main pylon.
