Abstract:The construction of Ring II Road in Luzhou City is one of the important steps to accelerate the optimization process of the spatial functional structure of "one-core, two-secondary, and eight-function cluster" of Luzhou and achieve the overall goal of urban development. The Naxi section is an important component of Ring II Road, and is located in Naxi District in the southwest of the central urban area. It is an important road for communication and connection between the Chengnan Cluster and other clusters, and is a new road project. Generally, the suburbs of urban clusters are mostly undeveloped terrain such as hills, and the route selection fully considers the current terrain and combines it with the elevation of the long-term planning plots. Taking the route selection of Ring II Road (Naxi Section) Expressway in Luzhou as an example, through the analysis of the impact on land use planning, terrain, landform, landscape, environmental protection, etc. along the route, the advantages and disadvantages of each route scheme are studied from multiple aspects such as technical indicators, social impact and engineering cost. A recommended route that meets the requirements of urban construction and coordinates with the environmental landscape is proposed, which meets the requirements of compliance, convenience, economy, aesthetics, and coordination between natural landscape and reconstructed landscape for urban expressway construction, and can provide reference for similar construction projects.
