    摘要:

    半柔性路面材料已被证明具有非常好的抗车辙能力,但其在重载路面结构应用时对其他路面性能的影响还属未知。为探讨这些影响,首先,利用半柔性灌浆材料制备浆液并灌注在基体沥青混合料中,待其硬化后,用切割机切割试件,观察灌注效果;其次,对比分析了半柔性路面材料和SMA-13沥青混合料的设计参数值(抗压回弹模量);最后,分析了不同半柔性路面结构形式对路表弯沉、路表开裂和基层寿命的影响。结果表明:半柔性灌浆材料的灌注效果良好;任何温度下半柔性路面材料的回弹模量都比SMA-13沥青混合料大;半柔性路面材料可大幅减少路表开裂问题,采用双层半柔性路面材料时效果更为显著。

    Abstract:

    Semi-flexible pavement materials have been proven to exhibit the excellent rutting resistance, but their impacts on other pavement performances when applied in heavy-load pavement structures remain unknown. To explore these impacts, firstly, a slurry is prepared by using semi-flexible grouting material and infused into the base asphalt mixture. After hardening, the specimens are cut by using a cutting machine to observe the infusion effect. Secondly, the design parameter values (compressive resilience modulus) of semi-flexible pavement materials and SMA-13 asphalt mixture are compared and analyzed. Finally, the impacts of different semi-flexible pavement structures on the surface deflection, surface cracking, and base layer service life are analyzed. The results indicate that the infusion effect of semi-flexible grouting material is good, the resilience modulus of semi-flexible pavement materials is greater than that of SMA-13 asphalt mixture at any temperatures, the semi-flexible pavement materials can significantly reduce the surface cracking issues, and the effect is more pronounced when a double-layer semi-flexible pavement material is used.
