    沥青混合料水稳定性的主要影响因素之一为沥青混合料中矿质集料的表面能。为探究沥青混合料中矿质集料表面能的影响因素,并揭示集料表面能行为机理,基于表面能试验,测试分析了不同种类矿质集料的表面能参数,计算分析了不同种类、不同表面性状的集料的表面能参数。测试结果表明:当集料表面能为25~50 mJ/m2时,不同种类集料表面能参数的差异主要取决于集料晶面的构造及其矿物组成;矿质集料所含的碱性矿物越多,矿质集料的表面能越大,其中石灰岩的表面能最大为45.25 mJ/m2。同一矿质下,表面能受集料表面的含泥量、表面粗糙度及表面含水量的影响:表面含泥量为1%时,表面能为25.93 mJ/m2,与表面不含泥时相比降低约20%;表面含水率为1%时,表面能为29.26 mJ/m2,与表面不含水时相比降低约9%。

    Abstract:

    One of the main factors affecting the water stability of asphalt mixture is the surface energy of mineral aggregate in asphalt mixture. In order to explore the factors affecting the surface energy of mineral aggregate in asphalt mixture and to reveal its mechanism, the surface energy parameters of different mineral aggregates are tested and analyzed by surface energy test, and the surface energy parameters of aggregates of different types and surface properties are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the surface energy of aggregates is 25~50 mJ/m2, and the differences of surface energy parameters of different aggregates mainly depend on the crystal surface structure and mineral composition of aggregates. The more alkaline minerals contained in the mineral aggregate, the greater the surface energy of the mineral aggregate, in which the maximum surface energy of limestone is 45.25 mJ/m2. Under the same mineral, the surface energy is affected by the mud content, surface roughness and surface water content of the aggregate surface. When the surface mud content is 1%, the surface energy is 25.93 mJ/m2, which is about 20% lower than that when the surface does not contain mud. When the surface water content is 1%, the surface energy is 29.26 mJ/m2, which is about 9% lower than that when the surface is water-free.
