Abstract:The First Ring Road in Jinhua City is located on the outer boundary of the city center, with the characteristics of long route, wide radiation range, and serving a large number of people. It undertakes the main transportation service needs of Jinhua City. According to the latest national land space and comprehensive transportation planning of Jinhua City, the long-term plan of the First Ring Road in the city is to become an urban expressway, and to construct the layout of the urban expressway network. Taking the rapid transformation project of the first ring road in Jinhua city as an example, based on the urban planning conditions, the necessity of its construction is analyzed. The construction scale is demonstrated based on the traffic flow prediction results, and the overall design scheme of the project is proposed. The scheme analysis is carried out for important nodes of the project, and the design ideas for the rapid transformation of the urban ring road are finally formed, providing reference and guidance for the design of similar projects.
