    摘要:

    已有研究表明,硬质沥青混合料高温性能及疲劳性能较普通沥青要好,用于重交通沥青路面面层可在发挥其结构层作用的同时显著降低造价。在室内试验评价硬质沥青混合料性能的基础上,依托在建公路铺筑试验路段,通过调整拌和时间、摊铺和碾压工艺,研究适用于硬质沥青混合料的生产及施工工艺。现场测试结果表明,“钢轮2遍+胶轮3遍+钢轮8遍”压实工艺下路面的压实效果最佳。同时,证明了延长硬质沥青混合料的干拌时间及增加现场压实功能够有效改善硬质沥青路面的高温性能。

    Abstract:

    The existing research shows that high-temperature and fatigue performances of the hard asphalt mixture are better than that of the conventional asphalt mixtures. The asphalt pavement layer used for heavy traffic can significantly reduce the cost while playing the role of its structural layer. On the basis of the laboratory tests evaluating the performance of hard asphalt mixtures, relying on the trial paving section of road under construction, and by adjusting the mixing time, paving and rolling technology, the production and compaction processes suitable for the hard asphalt mixture are studied. The field test results show that the compaction effect of pavement under the “steel wheel 2 times + rubber wheel 3 times + steel wheel 8 times” compaction process is the best. At the same time, it is proved that extending the dry mixing time of hard asphalt mixture and increasing the field compaction function can effectively improve the high temperature performance of hard asphalt pavement.
