    摘要:

    水流冲刷导致桥梁桩基不可避免地出现各类混凝土病害,使得桩基承载力降低。水下玻纤套筒加固技术是在桩基上固定玻纤套筒,而后灌注高强水下环氧灌浆料的一种施工工艺。结合福州浦上大桥桩基病害处治工程,通过采用玻纤套筒修复工艺对浦上大桥破损桩基进行修复加固,提高了原桩基混凝土的强度及耐久性。分析浦上大桥桥梁桩基混凝土病害,分析桩基加固方案,探讨了水下玻纤套筒施工过程中的技术要点和适用性,以期为同类梁桥的桩基处治提供借鉴作用。

    Abstract:

    All kinds of concrete diseases of bridge pile foundation are inevitable due to water erosion, which reduces the bearing capacity of pile foundation. The technology of underwater glass fiber sleeve reinforcement is to fix the glass fiber sleeve on pile foundation, and it is a construction process of injecting the high strength underwater epoxy grouting material. Combined with the pile foundation treatment project of Pushang Bridge in Fuzhou, the damaged pile foundation of Pushang Bridge is repaired and reinforced by the glass fiber sleeve repair process, which improves the strength and durability of the original pile foundation concrete. The pile foundation concrete disease of Pushang Bridge is analyzed, and the pile foundation reinforcement scheme is analyzed. The technical essentials and applicability in the construction process of underwater glass fiber sleeve are discussed in order to provide the reference for the treatment of pile foundation of similar beam bridges.
