在城市飞速发展的当下，国内环保要求日益提高，对既有水系开展治理就是其中之一的生态环保举措，受到了越来越多的重视。上海某水系治理工程项目面临着多方面的重难点，包括连通性差、生态系统受损、社会经济影响、资金投入大以及工程技术复杂等问题。针对这些重难点进行深入研究，通过合理探索，提出针对性解决措施，可以有效解决这些重难点，推动水系治理工程的顺利实施，实现水环境的根本改善和生态系统的恢复，为上海乃至更广泛区的类似项目实施提供参考。

Abstract:

In the current era of rapid urban development， the environmental protection requirements in China are increasing day by day. One of the ecological and environmental protection measures is to carry out the governance of existing water systems， which has received more and more attention. A water system governance project in Shanghai is facing various difficulties and challenges， including poor connectivity， ecosystem damage， socio-economic impacts， large capital investment and complex engineering technology. Through in-depth research on these key and difficult points， and through the reasonable exploration， the targeted solutions can be proposed to effectively solve these difficulties， promote the smooth implementation of water system governance projects， and achieve the fundamental improvement of water environment and restoration of ecosystems， which provide the reference for the implementation of similar projects in Shanghai and other regions.
