    摘要:

    半柔性沥青路面是解决公路与城市道路抗车辙的主要路面形式之一,其材料参数与力学性能是影响该路面结构优化设计的主要因素。通过对基体SFAC-13(Semi-Flexible Asphalt Concrete)混合料的配合比设计,采用研发的ZQKL型水泥基灌浆材料灌注成型试件,验证SFAC-13混合料的高、低温稳定性,并采用UTM-100仪测试沥青混合料的无侧限抗压性能。结果表明:水泥基浆材料灌注饱满且均匀,半柔性沥青混合料的稳定度远大于基体沥青混合料的稳定度;半柔性沥青混合料不但兼顾了低温性能,且其高温稳定性远优于其基体SFAC-13混合料;在无侧限条件下,SFAC-13混合料具有较高的抗压强度和回弹模量,可显著提高路面的承载能力。研究成果可为日后半柔性抗车辙沥青路面的优化设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Semi-flexible asphalt pavement is one of the main pavement forms to solve the rut resistance of highways and urban roads. Its material parameters and mechanical properties are the main factors affecting the optimal design of the pavement structure. Through the mix proportion design of matrix SFAC-13 (Semi-Flexible Asphalt Concrete) mixture, the self-developed cement-based grouting material ZQKL is used to pour and form specimens to verify the high and low temperature stability of SFAC-13 mixture. The UTM-100 instrument is used to test the unconfined compressive performance of asphalt mixture. The results show that the cement-based slurry material was fully and evenly poured. The stability of semi-flexible asphalt mixture is much greater than that of matrix asphalt mixture. Semi-flexible asphalt mixture not only takes into account the low-temperature performance, but also has better high-temperature stability than matrix asphalt mixture of SFAC-13. Under the unconfined condition, SFAC-13 mixture has high compressive strength and resilient modulus, which significantly improves the bearing capacity of the pavement. The research result can provide a reference for optimizing design of semi-flexible rut-resistant asphalt pavement in the future.
