Diversified Solutions to Traffic Congestion under Urban Renewal

在城市更新大背景下，交通基础设施的建设更注重对存量资源的挖潜和提升，交通治堵问题也由原先的粗放式向“一事一论”精准定位转变，通过做“小手术”，达成“大成效”。以无锡市蠡湖大桥交通拥堵问题解决方案为例，研究多元化手段在对症解决交通问题上的应用，做到精准把握、直击痛点。主要从基础数据的多元化采集及治堵方式的多层面、多举措两个方面，对案例各阶段多元化手段的应用进行阐述，为城市交通治堵工作提供多元化思路。

Abstract:

In the context of urban renewal, the construction of transportation infrastructure focuses more on tapping and improving the existing resources. The problem of traffic congestion has also changed from the original extensive type to the precise positioning of "one thing and one theory", which can achieve the "big results" by doing "small surgery". Taking the solution to the traffic congestion problem of Wuxi Lihu Bridge as an example, the application of diversified means to solve traffic problems is studied, which achieves the accurate grasp and hit the pain points. The application of the diversified means in each stage of cases is analyzed and set forth mainly from two aspects of diversified collection of basic data, and the multi-layer and multi-measure of congestion treating mode, which provides the diversified ideas for treating the urban traffic congestion.
