桃浦、南大地区道路交通功能提升方案研究

Research on Improvement Scheme of Road Traffic Function in Taopu and Nanda Regions

摘要:

随着上海市、区两级政府对桃浦、南大地区规划的持续优化调整，地区道路交通系统也需要进行同步提升，以匹配地区高强度开发以及整体转型的规划愿景。在外环全线研究成果的基础上，结合区域规划调整、相关重大项目方案和建设时序，对桃浦、南大地区道路交通功能提升开展研究。结合各区意见，最终梳理形成“1+3+8”综合行动计划和方案。方案有利于提升桃浦、南大片区的交通服务能力，促进地区融合发展。

Abstract:

With the continuous optimization and adjustment of the planning of Taopu and Nanda regions by the Shanghai municipal and district governments, the regional road transportation system needs to be synchronously improved to match the planning vision of high-intensity development and overall transformation in the region. Based on the research results of the entire outer ring road, combined with the regional planning, major project schemes and construction timelines, the improvement of road traffic functions in Taopu and Nanda regions is studied. Combined with the opinions of various districts, the "1+3+8" comprehensive action plan and scheme are finally sorted out to form. This scheme is conducive to enhancing the transportation service capacity of Taopu and Nanda regions and promoting the regional integrated development.
