Abstract:In order to adapt to the development and promotion of construction industrialization, the bridge prefabrication and assembly technology have been widely applied in municipal engineering. The grouting sleeve connection is widely used in prefabricated and assembled connections of bridge substructures due to its clear force transmission mechanism and simple connection structure. In large urban interchange hubs, the bridge height is relatively high, and the conventional sleeve connected prefabricated bridge piers are difficult to apply due to limited column size and reinforcement. The grouting sleeve-prestressed composite connecting fabricated pier is studied. The results show that this connection form can reduce the size of the column and effectively improve the bearing capacity of the column by applying prestress. The steel strand anchor with self-locking function has the characteristics of reliable anchoring performance, simple construction process, easy quality assurance and low cost. The column segments are connected by reinforced sleeve and the mortar cushion is starched, which can make the construction quick, the columns not need to be matched prefabricated and the stress reliable. The design experience of grouting sleeve-prestressed composite connecting structure can provide the reference for the engineering application of similar prefabricated high piers.
