    摘要:

    随着城市化进程不断推进,早期城市配套的污水处理厂普遍承担着超越其设计能力的处理规模,亟需进一步扩建。在扩建过程中不可避免地遇到新建构筑物施工对已建构筑物产生不利影响的问题,其中预制桩施工引起的挤土效应尤为明显。基于“圆孔扩张法”原理,采用ANSYS通用有限元软件计算分析某实际工程预制桩施工挤土效应对周边已建构筑物的影响。计算中创新性地考虑了桩周土体固结收缩的作用,为工程地基处理方案决策提供了数据支撑,同时可为今后类似工程提供定量分析预制桩施工挤土效应的计算方法。

    Abstract:

    With the sustained development of urbanization, the early urban wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) generally bear the treatment scale beyond the design capacity, and need to be further expanded. In the expansion process, it is inevitable to encounter the problem that the construction of new structures will have adverse effects on the existing structures, in which the squeezing effect caused by the construction of prefabricated piles is extremely obvious. Based on the principle of "cylindrical cavity expansion method", the general finite element software ANSYS is used to calculate and analyze the squeezing effect of prefabricate pile construction on the surrounding rebuilt structures in a project. In the calculation, the effect of soil consolidation and shrinkage around pile is innovatively considered, which provides the data support for the decision making of the engineering foundation treatment scheme. At the same time, it can provide a quantitative calculation method to analyze the soil squeezing effect of prefabricated pile construction for similar projects in the future.
