    摘要:

    金桥城市副中心位于上海市浦东新区金色中环发展带上,区域规划品质高、开发强度大、土地资源宝贵。为打造富有国际魅力的高品质城市副中心,规划采用“地下干路—地下车库联络道—地下车库”多级地下车行系统来支撑区域建设目标,提供便利的交通出行条件;从区域规划、建设条件、交通需求等因素入手,系统介绍总体方案,并对车行系统的内部交通组织、出入口间距、智能交通管控等进行专项研究。提出地下车行系统在出入口布置、交通组织、车库出入口等方面的功能特点与设计要求,研究结论可供类似工程借鉴与参考。

    Abstract:

    Jinqiao Urban Subcenter is located on the golden central development belt in Pudong New District of Shanghai, where the regional planning quality is high, the development intensity is large and the land resources are precious. To create a high-quality subcenter of the city with international charm, the multilevel underground driving system of "underground trunk road - underground garage connection road - underground garage" is planned and adopted to support the regional construction and provide the convenient traffic travel conditions. Starting from factors such as regional planning, construction conditions and transportation demand, the overall scheme of the system is introduced, the special research on the internal traffic organization, entrance and exit spacing, and intelligent traffic control is conducted. The functional characteristics and design requirements of underground driving system are proposed in terms of entrance and exit layout, traffic organization, garage entrance and exit. The research conclusion can be referred for the similar projects.
