Abstract:To adapt to the construction conditions of expressways in mountainous areas with high-intensity earthquakes and multiple disasters, based on design concept of lightweight, standardization, factory-like, high resilient and seismic capacity, the separate steel box composite beam with 60~80 m span and CFST truss pier composite system beam bridge has been developed. The rapid construction technology of lightweight structure and full-span incremental launching box beam is used for this composite system beam bridge, which provides new ideas for the construction of medium-span beam bridges in complex mountainous area. A complete set of solutions is proposed for seismic resilience technology from three different dimensions of structure, materials and systems, which enhances the comprehensive disaster resistance capacity of medium-span beam bridges.
