Abstract:With the rapid development of urban rail transit and underground roads, the probability of new shield tunneling tunnels crossing existing rail transit tunnels is higher, and the crossing construction situation may become more complex and difficult. The risks of crossing construction on existing subway tunnels have increased, and social attention is high. The demand for micro disturbance control is urgent. The article takes the new construction project of the North Cross Island Tunnel in Shanghai, which crosses the existing Metro Line 4, as an example to analyze the typical risks of the crossing project. Micro disturbance control methods are proposed from the aspects of structural optimization, grouting, and construction parameter control to ensure the smooth crossing of the shield tunnel and accumulate experience for similar construction.
