    摘要:

    在现存土地资源不足以承载城市的快速发展和城市安全以及环境问题日益突出的背景下,深层地下空间的开发是化解建设矛盾、维护社会稳定的重要手段。通过调研上海已建成的苏州河深隧道调蓄工程、硬X射线科学实验装置、静安大宁停车库等6个深层地下空间工程案例,分析了上海当前深层地下空间利用的现状与不足。目前,上海点状的基础工程(如桩基础)已较多进入深层地下空间,同时形成了超深基坑、超深竖井、超深盾构隧道等建造技术,但功能性的深层地下空间开发较少,且其探索范围主要集中于较浅部的深层地下空间,埋深尚未突破60 m,与国际发达城市相比,在深度利用上仍存在差距,缺少系统性规划和制度保障,深部岩土体力学理论尚未建立,软土深层地下空间开发技术尚未得到验证。针对不足以及上海的砂性土分布广、承压水高、环境保护要求高等建设条件特征,探讨了上海未来地下深层空间开发面临的深层承压水治理、竖井建造、盾构隧道建造等方面的建造技术挑战。

    Abstract:

    Under the background that the existing land resources are not enough to carry the rapid development of the city and urban safety, as well as the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the development of deep underground space is an important means to resolve the construction conflicts and maintain the social stability. By investigating 6 deep underground space engineering cases of Suzhou River Deep Tunnel Storage Project, hard X-ray scientific experimental equipment, Jing'an Daning Parking Garage and so on built in Shanghai, the present situation and deficiency of deep underground space utilization in Shanghai are analyzed. Currently, the punctate foundation engineering (such as pile foundation) in Shanghai has entered deep underground space, and at the same time, the construction technologies of ultra-deep foundation pit, ultra-deep shaft and ultra-deep shield tunnel have been formed, but the development of functional deep underground space is less, and the exploration scope is mainly concentrated on the shallow deep underground space. The depth of burial has not yet exceeded 60 m. Compared with the international developed cities, there is a gap in deep utilization, lack of systematic planning and institutional support, deep geotechnical physical theory has not been established, and the development technology of soft soil deep underground space has not been verified. In view of the shortage and the construction conditions characteristics of wide distribution of sandy soil, high confined water and high environmental protection requirements in Shanghai, the construction of future underground deep space development in Shanghai facing the technical challenges such as the control of deep confined water, construction of shaft and construction of shield tunnel, overburden water control, shaft construction, and shield tunnel construction is discussed.
