Abstract:The arch springing is the key node of the truss arch bridge, and is usually made of steel structure, steel-concrete composite structure and concrete structure. Its stress state is complex, and the phenomenon of local stress concentration is prominent. It is difficult to simulate the actual complex stress state by using the plane member calculation software. Normally, the finite element modeling analysis method is used for calculation. Taking the steel structure of arch springing of a basket truss bowstring arch footbridge as the research focus, by the spatial finite element analysis software MIDAS Civil, the three-dimensional refined model of arch springing structure is successfully established. The in-depth and detailed mechanical analysis of the three-dimensional model is carried out to give the specific numerical values of the arch springing structure under the force-bearing state. These numerical values all meet the requirements of relevant design codes, and verify the rationality of the structural design.
