Abstract:The main bridge of Dong'e Yellow River Bridge across the Yellow River in National Highway 105 is a (60+190+328+278+180+60) m multi-pylon asymmetrical composite beam partial cable-stayed bridge. The girder is a single-box three-chamber large-cantilever section, and a partition plate is set under the cantilever plate for reinforcement. The total width of bridge deck is 35 m. An 84 m-long steel box girder segment is set at the 328 m mid span. A steel-concrete composite segment is connected between the steel beam and the concrete beam. The bridge pylon is a vertically branched herringbone-shaped single pylon, and the pylon and the girder are consolidated. The main bridge piers are the box-type piers. The double-row supports are set longitudinally at the top. The ice breaking bodies are set on the upstream face of the pier columns. The diameter-2.0 m cast-in-site pile is used for the foundation. The stayed cable is the parallel steel strands. The central cable plane is arranged in double rows. A replaceable cable saddle is installed at the top of the pylon. The beam end is anchored to the middle box chamber with toothed blocks. The static calculation results show that the deformation, stress and crack width of each component, the safety factor of stayed cable and the other indexes of this bridge all meet the standard requirements. After comparing the seismic effects of three types of seismic isolation systems, the elastic constrained support system is selected as the seismic isolation system of this bridge. The dynamic calculation results all meet the standard requirements.
