    摘要:

    为实现快速疏解拥堵车流、提升通行能力,结合车辆在衔接段的交通运行特性,以青岛市重庆路高架为例,采用仿真试验对匝道管控方案效果进行仿真实验并将输出指标进行对比,采取出口匝道信号控制、地面关联交叉口信号、交通诱导、可变车道协同控制,重点解决高架“下不来”问题。结果表明:自适应开启的协同控制方案最优,其次自适应开启的交替放行方案次优,两者效果均优于全天开启的交替放行方案;当左转车辆比例较低时,采取自适应开启的协同控制方案最优;当左转左车辆比例较高时,可以采取左转车道外置方案;对于出口匝道车流左转需求量波动性大的情景,可增设可变车道,根据流量等信息确定左转时段及直行时段。

    Abstract:

    In order to quickly relieve the congested traffic flow and improve the traffic capacity, combined with the traffic operation characteristics of vehicles in the connecting section, the simulation experiment is conducted for the effect of ramp management and control scheme, and the output indicators are compared. The off-ramp signal control, ground-related intersection signal control, traffic guidance and variable lane coordinated control are adopted to focus on solving the problem of “inability to get off” on elevated roads. The results show that the cooperative control scheme with adaptive opening is the best, followed by the alternating release scheme with adaptive opening. Both have better effects than the alternating release scheme that is open throughout the day. When the proportion of left turn is low, the cooperative control scheme with adaptive opening is the best, and when the proportion of left turn is high, an external left-turn lane arrangement can be adopted. For the scenario where the demand for left turn of off-ramp traffic fluctuates greatly, the variable lane can be added, and the left turn period and straight turn period are determined according to the flow rate and other information.
