Abstract:Based on the upgrading and reconstruction project of Changfeng Bridge in Wuhan, the disease phenomenon of the bridge is introduced, and the causes of the disease are specially analyzed. And on this basis, the overall idea and the implementation scheme of the upgrading and reconstruction of concrete filled steel tube bowstring arch bridge are expounded in detail. In the reconstruction scheme on the basis of using the original main arch ring, the integral steel bridge deck is built to solve the safety hazard of the original bridge deck girder as the suspended floating system, and the disease components of boom and tie bar over the design service life are replaced and repaired. At the same time by reducing the bridge deck constant load, the bridge traffic load capacity is further improved. The implementation of the project eliminates the hidden safety danger of bridge structure and improves the safety reserve and durability of the structure. The finite element calculation and analysis of the reconstruction scheme show that the force of the bridge structure in the construction stage and after the bridge construction meets the specification requirements, and the analysis results have been used to guide the implementation of the project. At the same time, the reconstruction and upgrading scheme of this project can provide a reference for the maintenance and reconstruction of similar structures.
