The construction of viaducts will inevitably have an impact on the operation of subways. What measures should be taken to ensure the safety of subway operation has become the focus of city managers. The design schemes and the construction protection measures for the urban viaducts overlapped with the subways are introduced through the viaduct construction projects in Shenyang. The design essentials and precautions for viaducts are introduced in detail, which provides the reference basis for the design and construction of urban viaduct projects intersected with subways.
