Abstract:Under the action of tides and wind waves for many years, some zones of the seawall structure have been damaged or affected to varying degrees. The superficial damage in many places of the seawall itself does not have a major impact on the tide-proof safety of the seawall, but the causes are related to the uneven settlement caused by the deformation of the seawall body. Through on-site observation and testing of the levee, the disease situation of the seawall has been preliminarily explored. Based on comprehensive analysis and recheck, the causes of the disease are further explored to identify the disease formation mechanism and the main safety hazards of the levee. The targeted risk elimination and reinforcement schemes are developed to eliminate the potential safety hazards, which provides the reference for the disease analysis and risk elimination design of similar seawall engineering.
