    围绕绿色低碳公路发展为基础,针对传统温拌热拌沥青施工的环境污染问题,提出冷拌冷铺沥青混合料的研究,着重探讨固化剂对改性乳化沥青的影响。研究将水性环氧树脂为外掺物掺入制作改性乳化沥青,通过分析不同固化剂类型,确定最佳固化剂为水性环氧树脂多元胺固化剂,最佳掺量为26%;级配设计中取消了2.36 mm及 1.18 mm这两档集,设计这种间断级配的初衷在于为水分的快速排出创造条件,以实现混合料强度的快速增长;按水性环氧树脂不同掺量0%、6%、8%、10%、12%、14%分别设计6组不同冷拌冷铺水性环氧沥青混合料;并进行路用试验,试验结果显示水性环氧树脂掺量越高混合料的强度越高;浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验显示,当掺量超过10%后,浸水残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比都超过90%;高温车辙试验结果显示,当掺量为14%时混合料动稳定度为3 604次/mm,且满足相关技术要求的3 000次/mm,最终确定该次水性环氧树脂的最佳掺量为14%。相关数据对推动绿色低碳公路建设方提供一些可参考价值,为我国交通基础设施的可持续发展提供一些有力支持。

    Abstract:

    Focusing on the development of green and low-carbon highways, aiming at the environmental pollution issues of traditional warm-mix and hot-mix asphalt construction, the cold-mix and cold-paved asphalt mixtures are studied, and the impact of curing agent on the modified emulsified asphalt is specially discussed. The modified emulsified asphalt is prepared by using the water-based epoxy resin as an additive. By analyzing the different types of curing agents, the optimal curing agent is determined to be water-based epoxy resin polyamine curing agent. The optimal dosage is 26%. In the grading design, these two sets of 2.36 mm and 1.18 mm are eliminated. This discontinuous gradation is designed to create conditions for rapid water removal, which realizes the rapid increase of mixture strength. 6 sets of different cold-mix cold-paved water-based epoxy asphalt mixtures are designed with the different dosages of 0%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, and 14% of water-based epoxy resin respectively. And the pavement is tested. The test results show that the higher the content of water-based epoxy resin, the higher the strength of the mixture. The immersion Marshall test and the freeze-thaw splitting test show that when the dosage exceeds 10%, the immersion residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio both exceed 90%. The results of the high-temperature rutting test show that when the dosage is 14%, the dynamic stability of the mixture is 3 604 times/mm, and meets the relevant technical requirements of 3 000 times/mm. Finally, the optimal dosage of water-based epoxy resin for this test is determined to be 14%. Some relevant data are provided for this project, which provides some reference values for promoting the construction of green and low-carbon highways, and provides some strong supports for the sustainable development of transportation infrastructure in China.
