    摘要:

    改良式序批间歇反应器(MSBR)综合了A2O、SBR等工艺的优点,具有占地面积小、运行成本低、脱氮除磷效果好和控制灵活等特点,但工艺操作难度较大,对运行管理水平要求高。采用10池MSBR工艺,在调试过程中遇到跑泥导致出水超标的问题,通过对实测数据分析研究,采取加强污泥容积指数监测、调整排泥量、控制污泥浓度等方法,有效解决了实际问题,保证了改造后全厂最终出水水质达到浙江省《城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB33/2169—2018)的相关要求。

    Abstract:

    The modified sequencing batch reactor (MSBR) combines the advantages of A2O, SBR and other processes, and has the characteristics of small floor area, low operating cost, good nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect, and flexible control. However the process operation is rather difficult and the requirements for the level of operation and management is high. There are 10 reactors for MSBR process. During the commissioning process, the problem of sludge running out caused the effluent to exceed the standard is encountered. By studying and analyzing the measured data, the methods of strengthening the monitoring of sludge volume index, adjusting the sludge discharge and controlling the sludge concentration are taken to effectively solve the practical problems, which guarantees the final effluent quality of the whole plant after being reconstructed up to the related requirements of Discharge Standard for Main Water Pollutants of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (DB33/2169—2018) in Zhejiang Province.
