天津市西中环跨海河桥工程是滨海新区南北交通重要纽带西——中环快速路的重要组成部分，处于全线的“咽喉”位置，该项目建设对于加快滨海新区双城战略实施具有重要意义。基于桥位建设条件进行方案比选与设计，总结项目的技术难点并提出解决措施，对完善同类型桥梁的设计理论，解决关键技术问题和确保桥梁施工和运营的安全性和耐久性具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

The West Middle Ring Cross-Haihe River Bridge Project is an important component of the West Middle Ring Expressway of a crucial transportation link between the north and south of the Binhai New Area. It is located at the "throat" of the whole line, and its construction is of great significance for accelerating the realization of the dual city strategy of the Binhai New Area. Based on the construction conditions of the bridge site, the scheme comparison and design are carried out. The technical difficulties and solutions of the project are proposed, which has certain guiding significance for improving the design theory of similar bridges, solving the key technical problems, and ensuring the safety and durability of bridge construction and operation.
