    摘要:

    以地铁盾构渣土为研究对象,采用材料研选、单掺试验和正交试验的手段,开展固化剂配伍调控,获得固化剂配方,通过微观分析和室内试验,对固化机理和固化性能进行深入分析,在实际工程中应用固化盾构渣土,效果良好。研究结果表明:固化剂的掺入会大幅改良盾构渣土的工程特性,使盾构渣土聚集成团块大颗粒,形成整体化结构,有效提升工程性质;通过分别添加固化剂和水泥的盾构渣土对照实验发现,固化剂固化渣土的土体力学性能、干缩特性和抗冻融性能均明显优于水泥固化土。研究成果有利于推动盾构渣土绿色治理,打通在道路工程中的应用途径。

    Abstract:

    Taking the subway shield tunneling dregs as the research object, the material selection, single mixing experiment and orthogonal experiment are used to carry out the compatibility control of curing agents and obtain the curing agent formula. The curing mechanism and curing performance are deeply analyzed through the microscopic analysis and indoor experiments. The application of solidified shield dregs in practical projects has achieved good results. The research results indicate that the addition of curing agents can significantly improve the engineering properties of shield tunneling dregs, which makes the shield tunneling dregs aggregate into large particles, form an integrated structure and effectively enhance the engineering properties. Through comparative experiments of shield tunneling dregs with the addition of curing agents and cement separately, it is found that the soil mechanical properties, drying shrinkage characteristics and freeze-thaw resistance of the solidified dregs with curing agents are significantly better than those of the solidified dregs with cement. The research results are conducive to promoting the green treatment of shield tunneling dregs and opening up the application path in road engineering.
