    摘要:

    为研究智能建造背景下的BIM数字一体化应用的具体内容和实现路径,以苏州凤里街南延工程为依托,总结形成了BIM的三大需求,即技术应用、数据传递和数据驱动智能化施工,并给出一体化BIM应用工作思路;提出了基于构件编码的数模分离信息传递与集成方法,提升数据传递的有效性和可操作性;实现了基于BIM数据驱动的钢筋加工、路基3D摊铺和可视化进度管理,提升施工作业效率和精度;形成了BIM数字一体化应用综合性解决方案,为同类工程的BIM和智能建造应用提供借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the specific content and implementation path of BIM digital integration application under the background of intelligent construction, relying on Suzhou Fengli Street South Extension Project, three major requirements of BIM are summarized, namely technical application, data transmission and data-driven intelligent construction, and the working ideas of integrated BIM application are given. A method for information transmission and integration of digital-analog separation based on component coding is proposed to improve the effectiveness and operability of data transmission. The BIM data-driven steel bar processing, 3D roadbed paving and visual progress management are achieved to improve the construction efficiency and accuracy. The comprehensive solution for BIM digital integration application has been formed, which provides the reference and guidance for BIM and intelligent construction applications in similar projects.
