Abstract:With the global climate change, cities are confronted with an escalating number of extreme rainfall and flood disasters. As a significant component of urban infrastructure, the urban rainwater pipeline networks is of great significance for rainwater diversion and treatment. Based on the urban rainwater pipeline networks and in combination with the toughness theory, the DPSIR model is used to build a toughness evaluation index of urban rainwater pipeline network. And an "integrated weighting - extension cloud" evaluation model is established. Finally, the verification is carried out through practical examples, the toughness indicators are quantified and the evaluation results are presented visually in order to better assist the decision-makers and urban planners in understanding and addressing the challenges and risks of urban rainwater pipeline networks.
