Abstract:The integrated construction of urban utility tunnel and underground space is further discussed. Based on the advantages and characteristics of utility tunnel, the advanced experience in the development and utilization of underground spaces at home and abroad is focused, and the importance of the integrated construction of utility tunnel and underground space is highlighted. Through the analysis of practical engineering cases, the spatial relationships and design essentials among various types of engineering projects are analyzed, and a series of scientific and reasonable key control principles are distilled to provide the clear guidance for the planning and construction of utility tunnels. Additionally, how to effectively coordinate the interrelationship between the utility tunnel and the surrounding above-ground and underground projects is specially discussed. A series of feasible integration is proposed, which not only enriches the theoretical framework of urban underground space construction, but also provides the valuable references and guidance for the actual engineering practices, and has the significant importance for promoting the intensive and efficient development of urban underground spaces.
