    为改善沥青组分以及不同油源之间的兼容性,选取不同油源的70#基质沥青进行调和,探究了调和沥青化学特性和SBS改性效果。结果表明,调和工艺改变了原沥青组分含量和重均相对分子质量(Mw),但沥青组分并未简单地线性比例叠加。SBS改性效果受不同油源、调和比例和发育时间的影响,调和比例越大,SBS改性沥青的高低温性能指标衰减越为明显。A沥青(高胶质+沥青质含量)/C沥青(高芳香分含量)组合的SBS改性效果优异,而B沥青(高沥青质含量)/C沥青组合的SBS改性沥青低温延度衰减幅度较大,耐老化性能较差。从发育时间和耐老化性能考虑,调和沥青A/C组合的建议比例不宜超过1∶1,发育存储时间不宜超过48 h。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the compatibility between asphalt components and different asphalt sources, 70# matrix asphalt of different oil sources is selected for blending to analyze the chemical characteristics and SBS modified effect of blend asphalt. The results show that the blending process changes the composition content and weight average relative molecular mass (Mw) of the original asphalt, but the asphalt components are not simply stacked in linear proportions. The modified effect of SBS is affected by the different asphalt sources, blending proportion and development time. The higher the blending ratio, the more obvious the attenuation of high and low temperature performance indexes of SBS modified asphalt. The SBS modified effect of asphalt A (high gum + asphaltene content) / asphalt C (high aromatic content) combination is excellent. The SBS modified asphalt with asphalt B (high asphaltene content) / asphalt C combination has a large decay range of low temperature ductility and poor aging resistance. Considering the development time and aging resistance, the recommended ratio of blend asphalt A/C combination should not exceed 1:1 and the development storage time should not exceed 48h.
