Abstract:In order to utilize the waste asphalt mixture more effectively, the original two grades of waste asphalt mixture in the mixing building are divided into three grades to compare and study the pavement performances of the plant-mixed hot-recycled asphalt mixture under different RAP grades. The results show that the water damage resistance, high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature cracking resistance of the RAP hot-recycled mixtures at the three grades obtained after the secondary screening and grading treatment are improved to varying degrees. After adding the reclaiming agent, the recycling rate of the old material in the three grades of RAP hot-recycled asphalt mixture is higher, and the pavement performances of the recycled mixture is improved more significantly after the secondary screening treatment, which can effectively meet the operational needs of asphalt pavement.
