Abstract:With the development of society, the public's demands for beauty are getting higher and higher. The traditional bridge design principles that prioritize functionality and aesthetics are gradually shifting towards a balance between functionality and aesthetics. Taking the glass pedestrian cable-stayed bridge on the Suqian Canal Bay Peninsula as an example, the architectural modeling features, structural scheme, construction details and construction schemes of the forward-leaning single-pylon glass pedestrian cable-stayed bridge are introduced. The layout of bridge span is 135 m+35.5 m. The bridge pylon and girder are all steel structures. The structure is composed of the pylon and abutment concretion, the beam and abutment concretion, and pylon and girder separation system. The double-plane layout is used for the stayed cable. Eight sets of glass bridge decks are set at the middle of the main span. By establishing a finite element model of the bridge space, the calculation shows that the force of the bridge structure meets the requirements of the code. At present, the operation of this bridge is in good condition and the expected goal has been reached .
