国省干线公路穿越城市建设区总体方案研究

随着社会经济的发展，城市发展迅速，国省干线公路囊入城市发展区的现象越来越普遍，如何平衡干线公路的过境快速交通功能和城市发展的关系，显得尤为重要。以江苏某省道项目为例，结合项目背景、需求分析及控制因素分析，对项目总体方案进行了研究，并对方案要点进行了阐述。过境交通在城市建设区之前，以下穿隧道方式穿越，内部交通与辅路平交，实现过境交通和内部交通的分离，既保证了交通干线的快速安全通行，又为城市品质的提升提供了良好的条件。

Abstract:

With the development of social economy and the rapid development of cities, the phenomenon of national and provincial trunk highways entering the urban development areas is becoming more and more common. How to balance the relationship between the rapid transit traffic function of trunk highways and the urban development is particularly important. Taking a provincial highway project in Jiangsu province as an example, combined with the project background, demand analysis and control factor analysis, the overall scheme of the project is studied, and the key points of the scheme are expounded. The transit traffic passes through the tunnel before the urban construction area, and the internal traffic is intersected with the auxiliary road at grade so as to realize the separation of transit traffic and internal traffic, which not only ensures the rapid and safe traffic of the trunks, but also provides the good conditions for the improvement of urban quality.
