    摘要:

    海绵城市建设是国家推进生态文明建设的有力抓手。海绵城市建设发展十年,在规划设计方法、系统理论研究、模型软件应用上较为成熟,现代化软件技术广泛应用于海绵城市的专项规划,有力支持了规划编制的专业度和科学性。由于缺乏标准化,编制人员在进行规划编制时采用不同的方法和流程,使得规划编制过程中存在诸多的不确定性,不仅降低了工作效率,而且最终编制方案的质量和可行性也呈现出较大差异。以提高规划成果质量和规划设计人员工作效率为目的,对新形势下海绵城市规划编制标准化的内涵、技术路径进行研究,以期为规划设计同行的技术变革和管理提供新思路。

    Abstract:

    The construction of sponge city is an important measure for the national ecological civilization construction. In the past ten years of sponge city construction and development, it has been relatively mature in planning and design methods, system theory research and model software applications. The widespread application of modern software technology in special planning of sponge city strongly supports the professional and scientific degree of planning preparation. Due to the lack of standardization, the different methods and processes are used to prepare the planning, which makes many uncertainties in the process of planning preparation, and reduces the working efficiency. The quality and feasibility of the final preparation scheme also show great differences. In order to improve the quality of planning results and the work efficiency of planning and design personnel, the connotation and technical path of planning preparation standardization for sponge city under the new situation are studied, which provides the new ideas for the technological change and management of planners and designers.
