    超大直径泥水盾构机在我国城市交通隧道中的施工应用不断增加,但随之带来的掌子面软硬不均、刀盘刀具磨损、刀盘振动较大等不利因素,极易导致盾构机中心锥内漏浆,不能进行正常常压换刀作业,从而制约盾构机后续正常掘进。为解决这一难题,以广州市某超大直径盾构隧道工程项目为例,首先分析探讨了如滚刀刀筒回退、切刀刀筒回退、中心锥管道脱落或破损等会导致盾构机中心锥内漏浆的原因,然后详细介绍了可实现穿梭仓和配套工装与中心锥联通,并确保带压进仓处理中心锥漏浆安全性、可靠性和高效性的带压进仓处理技术。其中内容可为类似施工案例提供相应的技术借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The application of super-large diameter slurry shield machines in the construction of urban traffic tunnels in China is constantly increasing. However, this brings about unfavorable factors such as uneven hardness of the face, wear of the cutter head, and significant vibration of the cutter head, and it is highly likely to cause slurry leakage in the central cone of the shield machine, making it impossible to carry out the normal pressure tool changing operations, thereby restricting the subsequent normal tunneling of the shield machine. To solve this problem, taking a super-large diameter shield tunnel project in Guangzhou as an example, the reasons for slurry leakage in the central cone of the shield machine caused by the retraction of the roller cutter barrel, the retraction of the cutter barrel, and the detachment or damage of the central cone pipe are analyzed and discussed. Then, the connection between the shuttle cabin and the supporting tooling and the central cone is introduced in detail, and the safety, reliability and efficiency of the pressurized feeding technology for the treatment of the slurry leakage in the central cone should be ensured. The above contents can be used as the corresponding technical references for similar construction cases.
