Abstract:The construction of urban outer ring overpasses needs to be completed within a limited time, and the traditional quality evaluation methods are difficult to meet the real-time requirements. In order to achieve the rapid and accurate evaluation of construction quality so as to timely identify the problems and take measures, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the construction organization and quality of urban outer ring overpass is proposed to divide the construction organization into construction plan, resource allocation plan, risk management plan, technical scheme, safety management and quality control. Based on this, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for construction quality is established. A Gaussian membership function for the first level fuzzy evaluation is established to complete the second level comprehensive evaluation of quality. The experimental results show that the Kendall coordination coefficient under the research method is always higher than 0.9, which shows that the construction quality evaluation results of this method are in line with the actual situation and have the strong applicability, can effectively monitor and evaluate the construction quality of urban outer ring overpasses in real time, and helps to solve the quality problems in construction in time and ensures the construction progress.
