    摘要:

    为有效控制高填方路基沉降稳定时间及合理的路面施工时间,结合工程实例,开展了土石混填高填方路基沉降监测,通过山岭重丘区土石混填高填方路基工程沉降监测数据分析,总结土石混填高填方路基沉降变形规律,采用三点修正指数曲线法预测工后沉降,发现汛期工后沉降监测数据明显增大,认为沉降稳定期至少经过一个雨季是必要的。采取每2 m进行冲击碾压并分层振动压实的补强措施,有效加快路基的沉降固结,减少路基自身的工后沉降,提高了路基施工质量,为类似工程早期沉降控制提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively control the settlement stability time of the high-fill roadbed and the reasonable pavement construction time, combined with the engineering examples, the settlement monitoring of the earth-rock mixed-fill high-fill roadbed has been carried out. Through the data analysis of the settlement monitoring of the earth-rock mixed-fill high-fill roadbed project in the mountain hill area, the settlement and deformation law of the earth-rock mixed-fill high-fill roadbed is summarized. The three-point modified exponential curve method is used to predict the post-construction settlement. It is found that the monitoring data of post-construction settlement during the flood season have increased significantly. It is considered necessary that the settlement stabilization period lasts for at least one rainy season. The strengthening measures of impact rolling and Iayered vibration compaction every 2 m are taken to effectively accelerate the settlement and consolidation of the roadbed, reduce the post-construction settlement of the roadbed itself, and improve the construction quality of the roadbed, which provides a reference for the early settlement control of similar projects.
