#、2#曝气增氧工程跌水池面积为11 700 m2,平均水深0.5 m,循环流量1 800 m3/h,生态跌水曝气时间16 h,跌水水量2.88万m3/d,溶氧增加值41.47 t/a,表流湿地面积7 200 m2,水深0.4 m,停留时间0.1 h。经计算得进入跌水景观区域的水体需氧量约2.8 mg/L。当采取三级跌水,每级跌高约0.8 m时,可复氧约4 mg/L。完全满足水体溶解氧需求,使得水体有机污染物质得到充分降解,净化水质。

    国家开展海绵城市建设以来,先后完成了两批30座城市的试点工作,并陆续启动了三批60个系统化全域推进海绵城市建设示范城市,海绵城市已经逐渐融入城市建设中。公园绿地和水系作为城市重要的海绵体,起到了关键作用。横琴作为典型的海岛型地区,结合本地特征,通过居住区内的公园、排洪渠、水闸、湿地的融合设计,充分利用公园绿地、水系、湿地的生态功能,构建横琴国际居住区海绵生态基底,实现雨洪管理、生态修复、水质提升、雨水回用四大功能,加快打造横琴人与自然和谐共生的山脉、田园、水脉都市“示范区”“国际休闲旅游岛”,同时为其他区域海绵城市建设提供示范。

    Abstract:

    Since the implementation of sponge city construction in China, the pilot projects have been completed in 30 cities in two batches, and three batches of 60 demonstration cities for systematic and comprehensive promotion of sponge city construction have been launched successively. Sponge cities have been gradually integrated into urban construction. Parks, green spaces and water systems play a crucial role as important sponge bodies in cities. Hengqin is a typical island area. Combined with the local features, through the integrated design of parks, flood discharge channels, water gates and wetlands in residential areas, the ecological functions of park green spaces, water systems and wetlands are fully utilized to build a sponge ecological foundation of Hengqin International Residential Area. Four major functions of rainwater and flood management, ecological restoration, water quality improvement and rainwater reuse are realized. The development of Hengqin into a "demonstration area" and "international leisure tourism island" where people and nature coexist in harmony with mountains, fields and water veins is accelerated, which provides a demonstration for the construction of sponge cities in other regions.
