    摘要:

    城市片区市政施是城市发展的基础,是保障城市可持续发展的重要设施,市政基础设施包含众多的项目,且建设和运行需要产生大量的碳排放,因此市政基础设施中开展碳减排工作是实现双碳目标的重要工作之一。天津葛沽片区以市政项目为依托,选取葛沽片区内某项目作为示范项目,在项目生命期内,从降碳需、提碳效、增碳汇、碳普及四个方面入手,选取适宜项目的技术体系,提出技术应用的建议,计算基准情景和低碳情景两种模式下示范项目的碳减排量,建成葛沽片区碳减排示范项目,为葛沽片区后续市政项目建设提供样本和示范。

    Abstract:

    The municipal infrastructure in urban areas is the foundation of urban development and an important facility to ensure the sustainable development of cities. Municipal infrastructure includes numerous projects, and the construction and operation of these projects will produce a large amount of carbon emissions. Therefore, the implementation of carbon emission reduction work in municipal infrastructure is one of the important tasks to achieve the "dual carbon" goals. Relying on the municipal projects in Gegu Area in Tianjin, and selecting a project in the Gegu District as a demonstration project, starting from the four aspects of carbon need reduction, carbon efficiency improvement, carbon sink increase and carbon popularization in life cycle of the project, the suitable technology system of the project is selected, the suggestions for technology application are proposed, the carbon emission reduction of the demonstration project under two modes of baseline scenario and low-carbon scenario is calculated, and the carbon emission reduction demonstration project of Gegu Area is established to provide the samples and demonstrations for the subsequent municipal projects construction in the Gegu Area.
